econs test
hey ppl,dr siva wanted me to tell u guys dat the econs test on wed only covers market failure(HA!and not everything else.)which means we can slack for econs!!haha.but then this contradicts with wat the lecturer told us right?she said sth abt skimping thru market failure..oh..i dunno.well it's like dat for now anw..=)
