`stj venue has been changed to fish and co at glasshouse this coming sat.we can meet at dhoby ghaut mrt station first ya.will update you guys on the exact time soon.

hey sevenfivers!

rejoice it's friday again! =D totally love the timetable for fridays and the great thing is that we get to end school at 1pm. (: okok i didnt enjoy the 2.4 km run at all and its demoralising cos all the guys are overtaking like mad. =x BIG SIGH. i need to train my running. oh wells this is kinda random but lets hope dr siva forget about his extra makeup lesson and yeah he's kinda scary today. =x anyway, its been nice crapping at the class bench today (: i simply love the ground next to the class bench, oh wells if my skirt is not white in colour -.-

ohhh i heard from kailing that stj changed to fish and co. hmm? hahaha where's sophia? so what's up now? (:

Dear Shueli, hope your ankle feels much better now. But it is greatly recommended to go to seek professional help from the doctor instead of trying to fix the problem yourself ok? Well, thw whole class wish you a speedy recovery ;) Anyway Wednesday is a short short day so you don't come tomorrow ok? Just rest at home can already...

How To Protect Your Injured Ankle...

STEPS:

Rest the injured ankle - in fact, stay off the leg as much as possible.

Ice the injury immediately, applying an ice pack for 20 minutes every hour until the swelling subsides.

Compress the injured area with an elastic bandage to reduce swelling and immobilize the ankle. Wrap from the foot toward the knee, and be careful not to wrap so tightly that you cut off circulation.

Elevate the leg above your heart.

Use moist heat once swelling in the area has subsided.

Begin using the ankle again gradually as pain decreases.

TIPS:

It's sometimes difficult to tell a fracture and a sprain apart. See a doctor if pain and swelling do not subside after three days of self-care.

One day off your feet can get you back in action faster than limping around for a week on injured ligaments and muscles.

Warnings:

Avoid using heat while the area is swollen - you want to reduce blood flow to the area, not encourage it.

hi ppl, we're one of the 4 bands in for the PULSE concert. so imagine how cool it is! we're gonna to have professional equipment, big amps, subwoofers, mixers, sound techs, lighting, damn cool man! so must come and support us on the 21st april! gonna be a HUGE event!

anyway had fun at marche for jts today... hahaha. we were super duper noisy la.. but i think everyone's quite tired after the dinner and its kinda sian at the youth park. but never mind, i actually learnt a new game -drumroll- HUR WHAT! =)) and i laughed till my stomach hurt. bleh. yeps. hopefully stj will come soon (: hahaha good food again!

Yo guyz~

For those who don't have the chem ilp guidelines, below is the guidelines..

Independent learning – Stoichiometry 2006

Guideline:
1. General Strategy
2. Justification
3. Procedures – numbered steps
4. Calculations
5. Safety
6. Reliability

General Strategy
- provides theoretical background using scientific knowledge and understanding e.g. explain clearly the need to first add excess standard acid followed by a back titration between NaOH and a diluted excess acid solution

Justification
- provide a correct calculation to ascertain amount to be used and explain why dilution is necessary and use it to explain the basis for the design

Detailed procedure
- numbered steps including type and capacity of apparatus, chemicals and their concentrations where appropriate, and details of experimental techniques

Calculations
- using hypothetical algebraic values, show how to use the results to calculate the amount of NaHCO3 in the sample and hence the percentage of NaCl in the sample, stating any assumptions used

Safety
- at least 2 significant safety precautions, with reasons

Reliability
- at least 2 points to ensure reliability of results, with reasons

heyy ppl.

think i am blogging here cos diary-x is like down till dunno-when. SIGH hope my entries dont disappear into thin air. and i dont feel like changing to blogspot. hmm.

anyway haha, i think im really horrible for the v day presents la, cos my estimation of time rocks and the time taken to do the stitches actually doubled. bleh. so i end up giving late presents, and some others havent even got it YET. yay, eunice rocks. hahahaha. hope you like it kays? and lots of thanks for the presents, hahahah the cookies were nice and yeps the handmade stuff and chocolate rock too.... but sad la, im having sore throat now, so cant really eat. X(

hahahah and i seriously think we rock cos we never break the tradition of being the last class to leave a place. last to leave lts, last to leave class bench, last to go for cross country, and last to leave macrithie! wahahahaha. and dr siva rocks for running so fast. hahahahaha.

yay i think the class song is funny. and i like the "我们我们爱75" part. hahahahaha (:

Few things to say...

1. To 4J's Biorep: This is the very first time showing that you are super lag. Normally you are the one getting all the gossips but then now I think you're lagging behind. Don't you know that Apollo (yay Apollo!), Athena and Ares are pressurising Artemis not to allow Chee Yang to participate in the Fac Idol. In fact he will not be participating anyway... I think Apollo will win! :D

2. Do not copy Economics unless otherwise instructed personally by Dr Siva. Samantha said so in the previous post. Lol too hardworking people like me got the worst hit since we copied everything already. Damm~~~

3. Sorry to burst your bubble, but this is the list of homework over the weekend:

Biology, due Tuesday.

Chemistry tutorial (finish everything), due Monday.

Economics... not sure, but finish it asap as said by Fakefire.

boring...part 2!

hi guys! it's another boring afternoon. noone's at home except me! everyone's at CCA now! i'm starting to get jealous man, but still i cant find a suitable physical CCA for me. :( cant do those sports or games, nobody wants hahaha...

anyway, today was super slack la, i dunno why. but i still dont understand maths and chem! oh gosh! i hate EVERYTHING to do with NUMBERS!!! and why was SIVA LAUGHING AT ME during econs? what wrong did i do??? i havent finish my sentence, then he went to the corner and started laughing in a stupid high pitch voice. oh why he like that? hahha oops i just realised this is a public blog! cant write much :D

ok weekends start...TONIGHT! i'm sooo looking forward to the weekends. can wake up late and sleep late also. whooh! dunno but why today i didnt fall asleep in maths, maybe because of PE la. hahaha

speaking of PE, and running, WHY AM I EVEN IN X-COUNTRY IN THE FIRST PLACE??? oh gosh my long d sux! i cant run long d! i think terry and chris should sub me and wah toon! what u guys think? they ran pretty well today...hahaha but maybe we were slacking too much :P

and finally! after so much crap, pls pls pls come for 17 feb's PULSE rock concert! 3 of us from 75 are playing! so exciting man i love performing! hahaha if ur going huang cheng, PLS DONT GO!!! come for our event instead!!! wait, i'm not even sure if that's the ACTUAL one, but isn't it auditions or something? but anyway must come and see what valerie, me and chankeet are playing! it's sooooo gonna rock! BUT I'M SORRY TO DISAPPOINT MOST HOT-BLOODED boys here...NOOOOO PUNK ROCK! :P i'm sure lots of ppl are gonna do punk rock, but i mean...why??? it's popular i know, many ppl know it, but i mean, isn't it sian to play punk? maybe it's just me la, i never like punk...haahha nicholas likes jazz a lot!

oh speaking about nicholas, he and i are joining fac idol! wahahaha! damn cool right? imagine if we win some stuff, then can win points and reputation points for our class and fac! muahahahah...
