How's everyone doing in Singapore? Well I'm doing great here, just had braces and they're hurting a little less everyday. Did not put on any weight (the last time I've chekced). Anyway thanks Kityeng for sharing photos from Mannheim :)

Hallo from Mannheim!

hello! it's been a long time!

how's everybody? i'm fine, and it's great here! it's very beautiful, and the people are really friendly. they smile at u on the streets and say hi sometimes! the ppl in my hostel esp, even though we may not know each other. i like it how the ppl here are not spoilt - i'm especially amazed at how well the people clean up after themselves! for eg, they keep the trays in fast food places after their meals, unlike us singaporeans who just wait and depend on the cleaners to clean up for us. haha.

it's spring here, and flowers are starting to bloom! really pretty. it snowed last monday though, and i, being the swagu i am, got very excited. hahaha. still pretty cold though. today's much better; 16 deg. temps dropped till 3 deg last wk! was like a snowman -.-

i've visited many places while my dad was here last week, coz he had a car and so could drive us around. it was great! saw many ancient churches and other historical sites.

there are 2 singaporeans at my hostel and school now, so im not lonely! they are really nice and helpful folks.

kityeng's farewell

ahem!

im sure u all must be pretty sick of seeing "foodieee" everytime u all visit the class blog so here's some updates:

kityeng's farewell last sat at yong's house:

that's kityeng the guest of honour for the night hosting the "food opening" ceremony!

and below is the picture i can find with the most no. of pple cos we didnt really take an "everyone" photo.

and so kityeng should be in Germany enjoying beers and frankfurts now!kityeng,must update us about ur life there!blog here!
